Four Week Plan With 3 Sessions Per Week: One Person Rate: $30 per session ($360) — Two Person Rate: $25 per session ($300 each)

This plan is perfect for those who are new to weight training, those who desire frequent motivation and encouragement or those who want the best results in the shortest amount of time.

Clients who come three times per week will receive:

- Body assessment to determine body fat percentage, body mass index and body measurements.

- Personalized workout plan targeting upper body, lower body and total body exercises.

- Exercise instruction in a comfortable setting.

- Nutrition advice and someone to be accountable to for eating habits.

At the end of the four week plan, clients receive another body assessment to measure progress. Clients who wish to continue personal training sessions will re-evaluate their goals at this time and will receive a new workout plan for the next four weeks.

 

Four Week Plan With 2 Sessions Per Week: One Person Rate: $30 per session ($240) — Two Person Rate: $25 per session ($200 each)

This plan is great for those who want frequent exercise instruction, motivation and someone to be held accountable to.

Clients who come two times per week will receive:

- Body assessment to determine body fat percentage, body mass index and body measurements.

- Personalized workout plan targeting upper body, lower body and total body exercises.

- Exercise instruction in a comfortable setting.

- Nutrition advice and someone to be accountable to for eating habits.

At the end of the four week plan, clients receive another body assessment to measure progress. Clients who wish to continue personal training sessions will re-evaluate their goals at this time and will receive a new workout plan for the next four weeks.

 

Four Week Plan With 1 Session Per Week: One Person Rate: $30 per session ($120) — Two Person Rate: $25 per session ($100 each)

This plan is best for those who are dedicated and disciplined to exercise and eat right throughout the week and would still like someone to answer to.

Clients who come once a week will receive:

- Body assessment to determine body fat percentage, body mass index and body measurements.

- Personalized workout plan focusing on total body exercises.

- Exercise instruction in a comfortable setting.

- Nutrition advice and someone to be accountable to for eating habits.
At the end of the four week plan, clients receive another body assessment to measure progress. Clients who wish to continue personal training sessions will re-evaluate their goals at this time and will receive a new workout plan for the next four weeks.

 

Email Nutrition Coaching: One Month: $40

Email Coaching is a great way for people to be held accountable for what and how they eat. Clients keep track of their food intake and email it regularly for advice and guidance on how to eat healthier. If you are unsure of how to eat healthy, or just need that extra motivation by having to “answer” to someone, this is a great solution!

 

Body Assessment: $15

Anyone interested in knowing at what fitness level they are at, is invited to come in for a full body assessment. In this session, clients will have their body fat, weight and BMI measured by professional equipment and will also have measurements taken at the chest, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm.

 

Personalized Program Design:

Initial consultation and instruction session: $50

Any additional program design sessions: $30

If you are self-motivated to exercise and already have a basic knowledge of resistance training, sometimes you may just want a new workout to keep you motivated. For people who fall into this category, I offer a simple service called Personalized Program Design. With this service, clients receive:

- Phone consultation to discuss exercise history and fitness goals.

- Personalized workout plan that can be performed at a home or gym.

- Body assessment to determine body fat percentage and body mass index.

- One-on-one personal training session (one hour) to receive exercise instruction and guidance.

This service is great for people who want a workout plan they can do on their own but don’t really know what exercises to do or how to do them. It’s also great for those who are bored of their current workout routine and want something fresh and new to challenge their body.
