A year after our fifth baby was born, I had given up almost all hope of ever fitting into my pre-pregnancy pants and skirts. My closet was full of clothes that I couldn’t wear! “Liz has a way of making you feel totally comfortable NO MATTER where you are- or what you are doing- She made me feel CAPABLE- and CONFIDENT. I enjoyed the fact that my program was PERSONALIZED by Liz for “my” target area’s. I wanted to work on some specific area’s in my fitness- specific body parts as well as better eating habits, and I had my OWN personal goals, and Liz took all that information into account and designed something easy to follow, yet challenging enough to have GREAT results. So it doesn’t matter what excuse you are using, there is ALWAYS room for healthy living! Now, I have a ton more energy- I feel better physically-I can chase my two girls around MUCH easier- I don’t feel “sluggish”- I don’t feel like I HAVE to rely on Coffee 24/7 to have energy.
She is NEVER intimidating, and she never makes you feel like you are not good enough/or pretty enough/ or thin enough. She takes you as YOU ARE, and encourages you, and designs a whole plan around YOU! She is awsome- and so many times i feel like a walking commercial for her, but.. all you have to do is read her blog to get “hooked on health” with Liz! – Annie Movsesian
“When I decided to compete in the Mrs. Utah pageant, I was out of shape and overweight.
