My favorite thing about fall is pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin cake, pumpkin muffins - you get the idea… I love everything pumpkin! The problem is, if I ate all of those PUMPKIN things that I love and adore, eventually I’d end up looking like a pumpkin!

I absolutely love smoothies! Especially during the hot summer months when I don’t feel like spending time in the kitchen and I just want a quick, healthy snack or meal… smoothies are the perfect solution. Here is a fabulous recipe that my kids and I adore.
