		<description>Just a thought about fresh ground wheat flour.  Once wheat has been ground, it loses it&#039;s nutrients pretty quick.  So, obviously, fresh ground is the way to go....and any leftover wheat flour should be refrigerated to keep the nutrients longer as well.  Wheat flour you buy from the store has already lost most of it&#039;s vital nutrients.</description>
