I’d love to know what you would like to see more of! Anyway the drawing will held in one week from today! I’ll announce it here and contact the winners by email! Good luck!

Hey Liz, I would love to be put in for the drawing. I love all of your posts- maybe ideas for school lunches that would be healthier than what the school does. My kids get tired of sandwiches, any other suggestions???

Awesome! I am so excited you are offering 3 books! I would like to know more about how to strengthen my back so I don’t have lower back pain. I know strong abs and good posture are key, but thought you might have some pointers.

That book sounds great – thanks for the giveaway! I would like to know what I can do to strengthen my transverse abdominus (pilates seems to help) but what else to target baby fat areas? You have a great blog!

More family friendly recipes that are EASY (as in, quick and made with stuff I can actually FIND in the middle of nowhere. I’m 30 minutes from the nearest town and the two groceries stores don’t carry much fancy or wierd or heath food. The specialty section is stuff from Mexico. It’s got a whole aisle and then some!)
