Almond Butter Banana Sandwich
This little open faced sandwich is a favorite at my house. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner… or even used as a snack. If we have these three ingredients on hand, we’ll eat it if our tummies are hungry!

It’s so simple. All you do is spread a thin layer of almond butter on 100% whole-wheat bread, slice up 1/2 a banana on top and you’re done! You have yourself a healthy serving of protein, fat and carbohydrates in a yummy little bundle!
Enjoy!
