While I don&#039;t mind thinking, I really enjoy physical activity.  Today, I was seriously missing playing dodge ball and kickball.  I think I really enjoy activity that&#039;s mixed with play or sport.

		<description>My dog has been a serious help in adding aerobic activity to my everyday routine. Chasing him around is some of the best exercise I&#039;ve ever had!

		<description>Great article..I have committed myself to workout twice a day...Once for an hour in the morning and once for an hour at night..I committed to do this for 2 weeks to see what a difference it can make.  I am good about one exercise a day but I wanted to challenge myself..Anyway, I have successfully accomplished one week as of today..One more week to go and then time to set a new goal..Small little goals are easier to maintain and to keep going when the reward of achieving the previous goal has been met...
I feel GREAT!!!!

We are all going to die of something!&quot;  I say, &quot;Are you kidding!! Why not enjoy good health up until your death, instead of being sick and having your legs cut off because you let your diabetes get out of control....and then living 20 more years as an invalid.&quot;
