I had to dry off after a shower with paper towels because i left my towel at home. It didn't do such a good job so I only put on my underpants and bunched all of my dirty clothes in front of me and slipped as unnoticed as possible back over to my locker. i remember when i was running on the treadmill next to this old guy when all of a sudden he let one loose! i tried so hard not to laugh but when i got a whiff of that air i just had to laugh. ugh, it stunk so bad, and to poor old man just smiled. ha!!

In highschool in gym class, we were required to wear bloomers. I was so embarassed since we all look like penguins all the time

I am an aerobics instructor and was teaching
a really full evening step class.I stepped wrong while I was teaching a combo that involved traveling across the step. As I stepped down off of the step
platform I twisted my ankle and broke my arm as I landed on the floor. There I was sprawled out in the front of the class with all of the students peering down at
me.
All I could think to say was, “Make sure to do a cool down before you leave”
When I returned to teaching a few weeks later, the class had already set up my set and surrounded it with like 30 mats.

My one embarrassing story – I took my sweet son, who was only 2 at the time – to swim lessons while pregnant with my daughter. I had just bought this cute maternity swim suit – a tankini with a top that had a kind of flowy and loose bottom half. I was too big for my regular swim suit but too small for the maternity one. I spent the whole lesson with the top floating around my neck! I found a more appropriate maternity swim suit to wear after that!

I used to work out across the street from my office, so I would get dressed for work at the gym. One morning I realized I had forgotten my work shoes so I had to wear my gym shoes with my suit as I didn’t have time to run home until lunch.
