Simply Healthful Blog
When it comes to health and fitness blogs, I can’t seem to get enough. I love reading different perspectives on health and I enjoy learning everything I can about the way our bodies function and perform. I also love interacting with people who have the same passion about health as I do and I appreciate anybody who has a desire to help others live a more healthy life.
So I’d like to introduce you all, to a new health blog that launched this week called, Simply Healthful. This informative blog, was started by my cute cousin Marleen Gunnerson, in an attempt to spread awareness about how to feel your very best self. I praise her efforts and excitement about this new project, and I’m thrilled and honored to be one of the contributors. Be sure to check it out!
