Register for the Fresh Start Fitness Camp
Yay! You can now register for the Fresh Start Fitness Camp that I wrote about a few days ago. The details are all figured out and and posted HERE.
Thanks to all of those who called, emailed or posted comments telling what time would work best for their schedules. We seemed to have an even amount of requests for early morning and evening classes. There were even a handful of people who requested the later morning session… So, since this is a trial run and we are wanting to accommodate as many people as possible, we are going to offer three different sessions!
You can sign up for any of the following sessions:
Twice a week on:
Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 6 to 7 AM
Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 8 to 9 PM
OR
Three times per week on:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9-10 AM
Class sizes are limited to 15 people, so if you want to sign up with a few of your friends, be sure to register as soon as possible!
There are several benefits to joining a fitness camp:
1. You are getting personal training sessions for a lot less money than one-on-one sessions cost.
2. You can feel comfortable at every class because it is the same group of women for the full six weeks.
3. You will receive moral support and encouragement from a personal trainer AND group of women who are working toward similar goals.
