Attention All You Utah County Girls!
This entry is for all of you Utah County girls who read my blog:
I am extremely excited for this coming January, which is way out of character for me! Normally, I dread the month of January because the excitement of Christmas is over, the days are dark, the snow is everywhere, the clouds loom overhead, it’s cold and icy… ick… you get the idea.
However, the reason why I’m so excited for this January to be here, is because I am starting a new fitness program at the Heart N’ Soul Dance Studio! This is a program that is open to anyone who wishes to get motivated and in better shape for 2009. I will be teaching “Fitness Camps” throughout the year – which will not only give ladies an intense workout – but will also give them instruction on nutrition, email motivation and support, one-on-one goal setting and a “before” and “after” body assessment. Each Fitness Camp will be a little bit different than the other, so those wanting to continue on from camp to camp will continue to benefit and learn.
The first camp that will be held is called the “Fresh Start Fitness Camp.” Most of us come away from the holidays and into the new year with mighty goals, to lose weight, eat healthier or exercise more often. What better way to start the year off right, than joining a fitness camp that will keep you motivated and responsible for your actions?
To get more information on what these fitness camps are all about, check out my EVENTS page. We are still deciding on a few more details, but already the response has been great! The biggest question we are still facing is this: What is the best time of day to hold the actual workout class? We are considering offering a few different sessions at various times, so we can meet the needs of a wide variety of people. But in order to make it work, we need to have at least a handful of students per time slot.
So I need your help. If you are in the area of Spanish Fork, Springville, Salem and possibly even Provo area, (Heart N’ Soul is re-locating to a new Studio in December, which is right off the south Springville exit at the very North end of Spanish Fork), and if this sort of thing is something you’d be interested in, please post a comment telling me what time would be best for your schedule. These are your options to choose from:
Twice a week at 6-7 am
Twice a week at 9-10 am
or
Twice a week at 8-9 pm
Those are the times we have narrowed it down to, but would love to have a better idea of what would work best for most people!
I appreciate you helping and if you’d like more information when it becomes available, email me or post a comment and I’ll be sure to let you know!
Thanks!
