I was sorting through some old papers today and ran across this quote I received a long time ago. I don’t know the source, but it’s so good I just HAD to share!
Make sure that you are taking care of yourself in EVERY way! Even if you just need time alone, a bubble bath, fresh air, whatever it is… do something loving for yourself! Sometimes we don’t allow ourselves to indulge in the simple things that make us smile, but taking care of our simple needs goes a long way and lifts our spirits greatly!
