		<description>my gosh, you must be linked to my brain! the last week ive had marriage drama- family drama- and a death in family. It would be sooo easy for my to stop and just say..&quot;to heck with it...&quot; PLUS, ive not been able to figure out WHEN/HOW to add to my work out schedule- since i have a 11 month old, when do i do it? etc.. so ive been getting DOWN about that and feeling frustrated, discouraged. PLUS certain people in my life that think im wasting my time, etc.. so that really gets to me!
Commit for week? i am back to basic this week. just get my water in me, get my walking in, NOT be tempted to eat sweets or even my &quot;healthy stuff at 1:00 in the morning- JUST because im bored.
I have done really good ERASING the &quot;i&#039;ll just get back on track monday&quot; attitude. and have been really good with my goals otherwise... =)
