Touchpoint – An Event For Women Entrepreneurs

I just wanted to let you know of a great event coming up for women entrepreneurs. I know that a lot of my readers are from out of state, but if you DO live here in Utah, and if you are just starting a business or already are in business, this is an event you won’t want to miss. It’s called TOUCHPOINT and will be held on September 26, 2008 in Sandy, Utah from 8 – 5.

 

I have been invited to sit on a panel, discussing how to achieve LIFE BALANCE while running a business. Obviously, I will be promoting health and fitness and how crucial it is to make time for exercise… no matter HOW busy you are! For eight years, my husband and I owned and operated a business – and even though I was juggling many different responsibilities, I did whatever it took to keep my health a top priority. I am absolutely positive that it helped me get through some stressful times, both physically and mentally, during those years and we will be discussing that and many other important topics during this panel. 

 

 

There will be another wonderful panel of women who will share ideas and show you how to solve the struggles that often come with raising a family while running a business. This can be a really tricky thing for moms who are entrepreneurs, so you won’t want to miss this one!
