My Home Gym – 1st EVER Video Post!
One of my long time clients is what I would call, a “professional blogger.” She is the founder of StartUpPrincess.com and inspires women all over the world to go for their dreams in business. Our relationship has been beneficial to both of us because while I’ve been teaching her about exercise and fitness, she has been teaching and mentoring me ALL about blogging. In fact, I’m not sure if I would even HAVE this blog if it wasn’t for her encouragement, direction and ideas. So, thank you Kelly for all of your wisdom and input!
One new feature I will be adding to my blog is video posts. Anytime I have something I want to share that is short and sweet, needs extra explanation or would take way too much time to write, I will feature it in a video post instead! I’m really excited for this because it adds such a personal touch to blogs. 
This morning, I filmed my first EVER video post and will be sharing it with you… (as long as I can figure out exactly how…). It’s just a quick peek into my home gym where I train clients. I will include a few pictures too because the video doesn’t really show the true size.
Anyway – here it is! It’s a little less than two minutes long and hopefully as I do more of these video posts, I will get better at them and will talk much, much slower. (oops!)

I really need something on the wall above the bench press. Maybe a huge picture of a tropical beach to get us motivated? And then of course, here is the same view that is in the video post.
Anyway, there you have it! It’s a fun place to work out… and for any of those locals who have been interested in personal training, now you know a little bit more about what I am like, and what my GYM is like.

I know…seriously…I think half the time I was sucking IN breath as I was trying to talk! Why is it so scary when it’s just me, my video camera and my tripod?? Guess I’m just nervous everyone will think I’m a big dork.

Love it, love it, love it. The gym looks great! I still need to call you to hang on your inversion table. My back seems a little better and I was able run a bit this morning. By the way, you’re as cute as I remember!
