Thanks for your comments Krista! I love it that you understand the importance of slow and steady weight loss! So many people don't want to exercise and instead look for a quick fix from a pill... well, you've got it down! I am super impressed that you work out six, sometimes seven days a week. I'm sure your body is LOVING you for that and I know you will experience better health and longevity because of it. You are a great example of what we should all do and you are right - most often, when we are feeling tired and not wanting to workout, if we will just push through that and exercise anyway, we'll soon forget those "blah" feelings.

I have religiously worked out 6 days a week since January. There are mornings when I absolutely DO NOT want to exercise because I'm so tired. However, I DO IT anyway...When I'm about 10 minutes into exercising I forget all about being tired and that 10 minutes earlier I was actually thinking about NOT doing my workout. I work out for one solid hour every day 6 days a week and on Sunday I do a short 20-30 minute workout. On days where I may be running short of time I do an intense twenty minute workout...from Jilian Michaels 30 day shred. (Biggest Loser DVD) it's intense but you feel like you really got a workout in. The other 6 days I use "THE FIRM" DVD's. I alternate every day with a different DVD. (Great buys on EBAY for them) this way I never get bored of cardio, weight training, or even dancing. After my one hour workout I walk my son to school in the a.m. and p.m. giving me an extra one of exercise.
It's amazing how great you feel and the energy you have as well as the positive outlook on life you have...
Even doing just a small amount makes a huge difference in how your day will go.
If you are DEAD tired in the morning..the best thing to do....EXERCISE..Wake up your mind, body and spirit and give yourself a great smile on your face.
My weight is SLOWLY going down..I mean SLOWLY but in the long run it will be the best for me..
