Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
I absolutely love smoothies! Especially during the hot summer months when I don’t feel like spending time in the kitchen and I just want a quick, healthy snack or meal… smoothies are the perfect solution. Here is a fabulous recipe that my kids and I adore.
Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
10 ounces skim milk
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
5 or 6 ice cubes.
In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. YUM!!!
